New Direction for Lower Bucks Family YMCA

The Lower Bucks Family YMCA is going in a new direction. Well not exactly "new" but refined. Refined in the sense that we want to make sure our members know the YMCA is not just a gym but a community. It is a community because we give back to our members and we care about what our members think. Just today our marketing director Jennifer Ritorto was scheduled to meet with members to discuss any ideas or concerns in regards to the numerous fitness classes we offer. Don't be discouraged if you happened to miss it, we have plenty of ways you can voice your opinion. One of these ways is taking part in the poll at the bottom of this blog. If you wish to provide us with any more feedback, please let us know by filling out the comment cards provided outside of classes or by speaking with one of our employees. In order to improve classes and the YMCA as a whole, we are hoping to create a continous channel of information between members and employees. The first step in doing this will be an online dialogue between us and our members. This gives our members an easy way to voice their opinions and allows us to provide you with information quickly and efficiently.
